Terms of service
GENERALBy commissioning my work, you automatically agree to all the following Terms of Service.
Terms may be updated in the future. Any project accepted before changes take effect will follow the previous version of the terms.
Prices are subject to change in the future. Accepted commissions will maintain the price agreed upon at the time of payment.
All commissions are digital only — no physical items will be shipped.
NFT and AI usage of my work are strictly prohibited.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
If you wish for your commission to remain private, please notify me before the sketching phase begins.
Submitting an order form or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Slots are limited and based on availability.COMMISSION PROCESS & DELIVERY TIMESketch delivery takes approximately 1–3 days for base projects (additional time may apply for complex designs or extra elements).
You will receive a rough sketch for review and minor revisions. Major changes are only accepted during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, only small adjustments will be allowed.
Progress updates will be provided every 1–2 days during the working period.
The final piece will generally be completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and extras.
If unforeseen delays occur, I will notify you promptly.CLIENT RIGHTS & USAGEYou may display the commissioned artwork on websites, social media, videos, or streams, as long as proper credit is given (e.g., “Art by [your name/handle]”).
You may use the artwork for personal use, such as wallpapers, profile pictures, banners, and streaming overlays.
Commercial use (including monetized VTuber activities, merchandise, or promotional use) must be negotiated separately and includes an additional +100% of the total cost.Live2D models automatically include permission for use in monetized streaming and content creation.
You may not alter, modify, or edit the commissioned artwork without my written permission.
Tracing, reselling, or redistributing the artwork in any form is strictly prohibited.COPYRIGHT & CREDITSI retain full copyright and authorship of all commissioned works unless commercial rights have been purchased.
I reserve the right to post and display the completed artwork on my portfolio, social media, or other platforms for self-promotion.
When commercial rights are purchased, ownership of the artwork transfers to the client, but I still retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio.
Clients who fail to credit me properly may lose commission priority in future projects.PAYMENT & REFUNDSA minimum of 50% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid once the artwork is completed, before final delivery.
Payments are processed via PayPal only.
Once the commission has been confirmed and payment received, refunds are not available.
A full refund will only be provided if I am unable to complete the project due to unforeseen personal circumstances.PRIORITY & WAITLISTPlease contact me via DM or email before purchasing to check slot availability.
Returning clients receive priority and may be accepted earlier depending on my current schedule.
Clients with models illustrated by me may also receive priority slots.
I accept 2 commissions per waitlist cycle.
Commissions are completed in the order accepted, unless a priority slot is purchased.BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.Failure to comply with these terms may result in blacklisting from future commissions.
